QUOTE (Daft as a Brush @ May 5 2006, 11:00 AM) Thats rather a lot of work for a couple of mouthfuls of beer reg...all you need to upgrade is a Lidl cool box and an element for your bin. Mash in the cool box and pour the grains into the mash/sparging bag supported in a FV with tap and run off. Less work..more beer :beer
Wasn't quite the point of the exercise DaaB...
Anyway I'm off up North to pick up the Missus...

QUOTE (FlippinMental @ May 8 2006, 11:36 AM) well impressed reg. innovation at it's best. where did you find the time to brew with cleaning up behind the poodle and the chicken to look after. is that yours or the missus toothbrush to the left of demijohn?
Heh...
I go away for a couple of days and what happens...
The Poodle needs another bath, the beer is firing out yeast under slight pressure like a good'un and as for my toothbrush, I made it into the electric age some years ago although that old pan scrubber may soon be the only thing that'll remove the caked mud and unmentionable other things from my poor dog!
The missus went to see the midwife today and had another listen to Reg/Reggie MkIII...
