Maybe I’m just thinking it to death but cant help think it has funny smell, slightly acidic, not putrid or obviously off. Smells a little like the tart C02 smell you normally get but a bit stronger, I tasted and it just tasted bitter and a bit green like not ready beer

There seemed to be loads of yeast bed, more than ive noticed before.
Any way as I’ve not made this before and didn’t know if it was right or not so just bottled the lot and will hope for the best.
In short is it obvious if it’s off, I recently got some steak from ASDA was sooo off it made me gag when I sniffed it!
