No Pictures!?!?!?

Can someone please tell me why I keep getting the message 'The boards attachment quota has been reached' even when Im in a thread that has two posts!?!?

You can't upload pictures directly to the site. You need to upload them to a hosting site like Flickr or something and then post a link to them using the <IMG> tag in the editor!
