I decided to go with...
Pale Malt is a mix of Maris Otter & Golden Promise, its a 15L brew Length so hopefully it fits in the mash tun with 2 sparges (if not it will be a 3 sparge), I'm throwing a bit of everything in, might give it an extra long mash at about 66-67c (or maybe lower and favour the fermentable sugars). Yeast is going to be lots of Nottingham dry sprinkled (or re-hydrated if I'm feeling kind). I dare say the hops will be irrelevant, but the WGV & Bobek are there to hopefully add a little. Porridge Oats & Flaked Barley for creaminess :)
Black as a black thing with oodles of black stuff covering it in a dark room at night while a lunar eclipse is in progress ;)
Malts all mixed and ready, had to use a bigger bucket then I normally mix my malts in!!!

What is your intended mash time? Think i left my IRS's for 90. Good luck with hitting 75% on a huge brew like that. I would have to [-o<
