Pale Malt is a mix of Maris Otter & Golden Promise, its a 15L brew Length so hopefully it fits in the mash tun with 2 sparges (if not it will be a 3 sparge), I'm throwing a bit of everything in, might give it an extra long mash at about 66-67c (or maybe lower and favour the fermentable sugars). Yeast is going to be lots of Nottingham dry sprinkled (or re-hydrated if I'm feeling kind). I dare say the hops will be irrelevant, but the WGV & Bobek are there to hopefully add a little. Porridge Oats & Flaked Barley for creaminess
