kegged this up the other day, and couldn't resist trying a bit. Damn! It's good! nice and mellow, but with definate cinnamon layers, just like i wanted! hope it doesn't age out though...

Sounds good Flumps, did you try it hot or cold? Tried mine at cellar temp a couple of weeks ago and it tastes just like sweet Martini! How's that for unexpected...

tried mine at room temperature (given the room, probably about 15C), i was baffled by it, i'm really fighting the urge to go and have more, purely because I want to show it off (And i'll admit, find out exactly what ageing adds! never seemed to last long enough before...)
