I'm looking to brew up London pride next

, i have not brewed up for a year or so but i'm still a newbee of all grain brewing with 5 brews done all grains ales ( using a cool box as i think most of us use,)my extract starts in the kitchen, ferments in the spear bedroom, bottled in the kitchen left in boxs in the spear room for 5 to 8 weeks, With the brews i have done before they end up being clouding ( clouding in light colour ales i brewed, so i imagine dark ales i do will be clowdy as well,) help please with you pro brewers please on things to do to prevent clouding, this the the recipe i'm going to next : London Pride.
Fullers London Pride - 25 litres
25 litres OG 1.040 ABV 4.1% 30 units of bitterness
OPTIC PALE MALT 3900 gms
FLAKED MAIZE 306 gms
CRYSTAL MALT 130 gms
Fullers use caramel to obtain 24 units of colour.I found 1and a qurter teaspoons brewers caramel gave the right colour.
HOPS Boil time 90 minutes
TARGET 11 gms
NORTHDOWN 10 gms
CHALLENGER 11 gms
10 gms of northdown added in the last 15 minutes
recommend the use of WYEAST 1968 ESB yeast as this is Fullers own yeast.
