

After messing around I have come up with a recipe for a Sierra Nevada Porter Clone. Unfortunately the weather isn't great so will try and get this on this afternoon. Heavy rain forecast tomorrow! Recipe as follows:

Colour (SRM): 40.7 (EBC): 80.1
Bitterness (IBU): 32.0 (Tinseth)
59.02% Pale Malt (2 Row) UK
25.31% Munich II
7.84% Chocolate
7.84% Crystal 80
2 g/L Goldings, East Kent (5% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil)
0.8 g/L Willamette (5.5% Alpha) @ 30 Minutes (Boil)
0.8 g/L Willamette (5.5% Alpha) @ 10 Minutes (Boil)
57.6 g/L Whirlfloc Tablet @ 10 Minutes (Boil)
Single step Infusion at 68°C for 90 Minutes. Boil for 60 Minutes
Fermented at 19°C with Safale American
