Hi I am looking for a good wine kit
Either Cabernet Sauvignon or merlot variety
I'm looking to start it of next week sometime, even a 6 bottle kit to get me going
I should say I am a newbie, I have done some still spirits and I have a few TC goin now

Anything in the Beaverdale range has always given me good results.

I like to leave reds about 6 months, but you can do as you wish. It's still drinkable when 'young'

If you enjoy a decent red, then you can't really go wrong with these though. Start saving wine bottles and build up a nice cellar.
Been told that they are every bit as good as a mid price wine from t' supermarket.
