Hey Guys

Just a few quick questions about yiest nutrients.

When should they be used?

How much should be used?

Thanks

I throw mine in the last 15 minutes of the boil. I use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon depending on how high the O G is. I usually brew three gallon batches.
I'm just here for the beer.

I chuck in a teaspoon per 5 gallons. works just fine for me and I get very active ferments every time. Just throw it in the boil, i dont think theres any need to worry about how long its in there for, though closer to the end would likely be better
