Looks a nice compact gas management board that you should be able to use without a problem :)
Hook up you gas bottle to the inlet and then you can connect 3 cornys with the bonus of being able to set them at individual pressures.

been using mine a couple of years.. i had to service the on off valves on the outputs, ( strip clean and replace washers and use gas tape on the threads if u undo anything) and always check a pressure 20 mins after setting, mine can creep up in pressure over time needing a tweak back,

i use 2 lines for kegging pressures and the 3rd is connected to an airgun for flushing vessels bottles and kegs with co2 prior to filling
ist update for months n months..
Fermnting: not a lot..
Conditioning: nowt
Maturing: Challenger smash, and a kit lager
Drinking: dry one minikeg left in the store
Coming Soon Lots planned for the near future nowt for the immediate :(

Another option:
Connect Pub CO2 to Tyre Inflator

I could do with replacing the connector & gas line from them board to the gas bottle on mine. Any idea what parts I need to replace them ?

The air gun is in the pic i posted its draped over the regs and is attached to the long loop of gasline from the central reg.

one like this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/6PC-Air-Blow- ... 2ecc48ad77
with a 3/8" jg to 1/4" bsp male to screw into the air gun rear connected to 3/8" gas line... i should coil it up neater..

Replacing the hi pressure gas feed hose from the bottle is doable with a lot of muscle and a long lever the threaded connections are sealed with something making breaking the seal a real sod. i used a 30cm monkey wrench and a 4 ft length of steel pipe as a lever while a pal put pressure onto the back plate and wall to stop me ripping it off/bending it..
Image
I got my replacement hose from a member in here with a spare.. Norm of corny fame may be able to supply one, as to the actual name?? i call it 'the hi pressure bottle connecting hose'??
its a one piece job so thats all u need plus some gas sealing tape to secure the connection to the board.
