Without being provided with an amount for sodium it is not possible to see if those figures balance, but for them to balance the sodium content would need to be close to zero. That would surprise me greatly as I would have expected around 24ppm to fit with those other levels. I suspect there to be an error in those numbers.
With sodium at 24ppm and alkalinity of 180ppm CaCO3 instead of the quoted 128, they would also balance.
Salifert kit?

ok, so are there different salifert kits, which is best to buy? are they easy enough to use?

This is the one. The kit comes with all necessary equipment, instructions and is easy to use.
Having an appropriate amount of alkalinity in your brewing liquor is very important. Murphy's tested a sample of your water and advised accordingly of the amount of acid needed for this adjustment, but it could be unsuitable if your water's alkalinity is inconsistent or not that of the sample tested.
A 4ml sample of liquor is placed in the test tube and indicator added which will show blue/green if the water is normal and therefore alkaline. Another syringe, graduated 0 to 100 is loaded with reagent, which drop by drop is discharged into the sample and swirled to ensure complete mixing. Slowly the indicator's colour will fade and when it becomes pink and remains so for a minute and more, all alkalinity will have been neutralised. The amount of reagent remaining in the syringe is noted and compared with the table supplied which gives values for alkalinity in degrees and milliequivalents. Take the latter value and multiply by 50 to obtain a value in ppm or mg/l CaCO3.
Use the kit to measure the alkalinity of your liquor after the acid treatment advised by Murphy and Son. If it's between 25 and 45ppm CaCO3 they were right, well, as far as that for alkalinity.
