I have a plastic Peco electric boiler.
I would like to get a new boiler, something a bit better quality and with better insulation.
Quite like the look of this one from the Home Brew Shop.

Or possible the Brupaks one.

Re: New electrice boiler
I have the brupaks boiler. While it works fine, if I could go back in time I wouldn't buy it.
I BIAB (mash) and boil in it - which is not recommended, so even though I clean it well after every brew it still cuts out quite often - especially for higher gravity brews- so I needed to open it up to remove the element a few weeks ago to give it a serious clean.
It's also not any more insulated than the peco boiler you have - it's thin polyproylene so I had to clad it in camping mats to speed up the time to reach a boil.
The volume is not ideal either - it's 29L to the brim which is a bit short for a 23L brew. I usually have to top up towards the end of the boil.
With the fitted bazooka strainer the dead volume is huge - the element sits in a recess at the base the volume of which is about 2 litres, you then have another few litres before you hit the exit for the tap... this means you have to change around the filter or tip the boiler at the end to get most of the wort - I fitted some silicone tubing and try to angle around the bazooka.
It's a 2kW element so not the fastest to reach a boil.
For the money (150 quid) I'd go for a custom job...

Re: New electrice boiler
I got one of these, almost half price and free delivery, but beware they have changed the tap - hole from round to semi round so needs some worjk to add a ball valve.
