Erdinger recipe

Hi all,

I've brewed 3 wheat beers all rather good but I think maybe a little light in colour. I'm looking for something along an erdinger recipe. Any suggestions please? Thanks

Half Munich and half wheat should produce a decent sunburst colour.

Yeah, the recipes at http://forum.craft brewing.org.uk are much more up to date, adn I can answer any questions there, I'm now banned from T HBF, due to the fact that I disagreed with the approach of the new owners, and he didn't see constructive criticism as a good thing :whistle:
