Your critique please

With my new pot due to shortly arrive started thinking about recipes so came up with 2 fairly straight forward recipes. I don't wanna spend huge amounts on my first I've tried to keep things simple. Not bought anything yet so I can easily change.
Total in kettle
40 litres
total in fv 25 litres
abv 5% ish
90 min mash n boil

Recipe 1
5kg of pale malt
250g carapils
50g terrified wheat

Hops
90 min s 20g ekg
60 min 30 g ekg
15 min hull melon 20g
0 min hull melon 10g
dry hop 20g hull melon

Recipe 2
5kg pale malt
250g low colour crystal

Hop
40g challenger 90 mins
20g ekg 15 mins
10g ekg 5 mins
30g ekg dry hop

The Rough idea I'm going for is floral spicey English pale with a natural yeast and low cost. I've also seen a single hop ekg recipe in greg hughes book with a whopping 200g of the stuff equally spaced throughout the bill using pale n carapils as a base

Any thoughts thanks in advance

Cheers sean

Erm, I am assuming this is your first AG batch by your introduction, a simple recipe is an EKG SMaSH, all Pale Malt, add hops at 90, 15, 10, 5 and Flameout. Second is what I call a Mild Porter, 76% Pale/Mild, 12% Brown, 7% Crystal, 5% Chocolate. 3.7%, IBU, 38, equal parts Goldings and Fuggles.

I can give you the vitals of both over PM but I'm being lazy atm.

All the best \:D/

How do you terrify your wheat? I've got a few scary films I could sit it in front of?

I know you mean torrified, but that was one of the best typos I've seen for a long time!
