Due to space I plan on having the kettle below the other two so use gravity from thermo pot into the kettle.

As the name, you can connect and disconnect quickly using just one hand. I think they are a fraction cheaper than the camlock.

I'd be then looking to connect from the HLT to a spare arm via the pump. That's my plan.

Yes the tap has an elbow on the inside of the tun with a barbed hose tail, you can just see the tubing below it.

That sites rather good. That Control unit it shows is rather beastly. Could run the nuclear Arsenal with that monster looking at it.

Yep, the tap the other side of the elbow is the one used to "tune" the flow into the MT form the HLT pump, no need for a sparge arm and you don't lose temperature spraying liquour about. I speak as someone who once used one, waste of money. :D
