Homebrew shop didn't have any Cascade, but gave me a slightly out of date pack of Chinook.
What should I expect if I dry hop a Coopers Australian Pale Ale with Chinook? Should I get another hop to put with it?
Cheers
Tony

Just lob it in. Be fine and then you'll know what chinook does for future reference.
