St austell yeast

Just had an email from Head Brewer that Proper job bottles have primary strain of yeast in them

Excellent stuff it is, I've grown it up a couple of times works well.

All of their bottle conditioned beers do and that's most of them.

I've done it once from the PJ, and from what I've read it can have a big head, and climb out of the fv when you not looking.

And Yeh not bad at all sort of yeast, I,m supping a stout at the mo with said yeast. :D :beer:

I read recently that the St Austell strain came from Shepherd and Neame. Don't know if that's true or not.
