Christmas Brew

Whens the best time you guys would recommend for brewing Woodfordes Admirals Reserve for Christmas?

They Wherry I have has been kegged for around 3 weeks now, and still very cloudy (once it settles...brings a whole new meaning to 'A pint w'ead on') also still very yeasty.

I want the Admirals Reserve as a nice beer for Christmas, would it act in a similar way to the Wherry?

I think I shall leave the AR in the brew bin longer than I did the Wherry in the hope it settles down more.

SO much to learn, SO much trouble remembering.

I dont bew ales (I am just starting a werry for the first time) but i would say start it asap and it will be at its absolute peak come xmas.

it might be a slightly different story for ales but I am sure someone will correct me if this is the case

Being as we are in Oz for Christmas I figure that I will get a brew barrelled at the start of December - should be ready for our return that way
