O G 1.048, three gallons. Slight hint of foam at 24 hours, 1/8 inch of foam at 36 hours, and burping every 3.5 seconds at 48 hours.

With the high percentage of dark grains and flaked barley I was hoping for 1.015-16 so not that far off. It tastes great.

Thank you for that. I can't say that my darker beers attenuate much less than pales, but then I will mash those for longer to ensure full conversion takes place. I do acknowledge it will be full bodied. Very nice.

I brewed an extract wheat ale (1.045) with BRY-97. I pitched the yeast at 10:30 Tuesday morning and it was burping through the airlock every 5 seconds at 7:30 Wednesday morning.
