1.045 starting gravity with Crisp #19 maris otter and these.

Very nice! What are the notes that the pilgrim hops provide? I haven't used them before.

Definitely some pics down the road I hope!

OOOOOOOOPS wrong hop in picture. That should be progress at 6.2%, not pilgrim.
