Hi FB,
I have the same 45l igloo MT.
It is plenty big enough. Trust me, never had a problem.
The boiler however, I would get a bigger one.
The reason is I have a 33l boiler and I lose 16% of wort
through evaporation, I also have 2l of dead space under my hop filter
this means my boiler is nearly full to the top and when
the hot break starts it can and has boiled over!
Go for a 60l boiler, you can get a suitable bucket from 'copper kettle' site
for 33 quid
