waiting for my first batch to be bottled too. I used a simply mixture with a 23 litre fermenting bin. I've a funnel with filter to bottle into pet bottles. Instructions I have say leave the lid unsnapped in one part to allow gases to escape, leave for at least 8 days at room temperature then bottle with two primer drops for each 500ml and leave for 8 weeks in the dark garage, fridge and drink. I've just bought an airlock which isn't needed but looks good! Also already bought the next mix. Lager only atm
