Insitu / fixed the bendable one is remarkable self supporting and doesn't actually touch anywhere.
Good question though, my only comment would be these are very low density.

so about 440cm2 for 3000w so about 7 w per cm2
im sat in the warm with no intention of measuring elements right now but can do soon
