Anyone use an SS Brewtech brew kettle?

You don't know if the control knob can be easily mounted remotely do you dev? I have a cunning plan....

I'm guessing it's only a pot so it would be removable.

No idea - it's not listed on the parts list as separate:

In germany they link them to pids but yoy need to open up the internals as from what ive read and asked the ebay seller you can straight plug into a temp controller.

As from what i recall at full power its on and on lower settings it pulses.I also know rokdok had hes on a timer plug set at full and it blee a unit so it doesnt like being turned on at full temp.

I did ask the ebay seller to look into wiring a pid up to the unit i need to get back to him as im intrested in this.
In germany they do this alot with their model the hendi i think it is and there is diagrams on the net but theirs is 3.5kw.

Im sure we have someone here with the tech skills to wire a pid to one of these units .
