I have a recipe that calls for extra pale/light hopped extract(25 IBU)
What would you guys suggest?

It is for LME but does it make a difference if its hopped or not,if not do I have to add my own hops, what is best to use,
The kit is from Australia-Grumpys Brewhaus and is a stella type lager.
It also says to use a lager yeast-should I use saflager or a wyeast-I will be brewing at about 9-10 celsius

DaaB wrote: I'd go for the cheaper yeast, imo it doesn't matter much with a lager as long as it is clean fermenting and you are serving it fizzy and cold.
I would disagree with this particular point, but I would go with the Saflager unless you're planning on making a large starter with the wyeast.
