As a very new beginner these look very nice especially the Old peculiar BUT all they give is the ingrediants. It would be very helpfull for the likes of myself and I am sure I am not alone if a rundown of the method (step by step) was also given.
We beginners do rely to a great extent on the expertise of you experts and any help and advice is always very much appreciated so come on... tell us your methods. You see the problem is that when something goes wrong with our first attempts we never know for sure what we have done wrong... please help us !!!
