Cider Kits

[Curious Brew]

Just put on 72 pints of John Bull Cider, should turn out at 6%.

Half for me, half for my brother to take to Glastonbury.

Nothing fancy this time, not Hybrids or anything like that, just made them up as per instructions but made them half way between the short and long brew length.

32 pints was 7% and 40 was 5% so I went for 36 is 6%.

I also have a John Bull cider kit on the go for SHMBO for the summer, been on for a week in the fermenter and still bubbling about once a minute.
I went for the 40 pint version for the lady all though why she cant just drink TC with me is beyond reason
