I'm in the process of putting the brewery together as some of you will have seen.
Interested in how you typically clean the kit during brew - especially where the stuff is piped in permantly. When i spent a day at the local micro, they typically pumped cleanser in a circuit as they went through each phase. Has anyone adopted such a practice on a smaller scale - just looking for best practice / ideas chaps.

I've taken to using Caustic Soda crystals . A bit more care needs to be taken because it has to be made up following the instructions to avoid skin burns etc. It is a really powerful cleaner and won't damage stainless steel. I used bleach and sodium met in the past on My old plastic brewery but will stick with caustic from now on.
