Im just about to make my second batch of TC. I'm going to try different spices.
I want to use cloves, nutmeg, cardomom, cinnamon and corriander.
Does anybody know rough quantaties for these spices and should I put them straight in the fv or wait until I bottle?

1 cup of Maple Syrup
9.5 Litre of ASDA Apple Juice (from concentrate)
2x6" sticks of Cinamon (broken)
6 Cloves (whole)
2 Star Anise (whole)
2 Cardamon Pods (whole)
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg (ground)
1/2 Tsp Ginger (ground)
1 Tsp Pectolaise
1 Tsp Yeast Nutrient
1 Tsp Wine Yeast
