What Steriliser?

Hi,

With some kits and seperate purchases, I have ednded up with no less than four sterilisers. Can they all be used for the same thing? I have these...

youngs sodium metabisulphite
youngs sterilser and cleaner
VWP (or a another combination of those letters)

Each has very different instructions. One 2 teaspoons per gallon. One has table spoon per pint. Some say they clearn equipment, others seem like they only clean bottles.

So my question is this. Can I use any of them for everything?
