if my og was 1.056 and my fg was 1.000 my percentage would be about 7.3% according to my hydrometer. but do i add a little more to the percentage because of the sugar used for priming? it doesn't really matter to me its just that i was thinking about it today and wondered if it would make it stronger or not.

yes, it will make it slightly stronger but barely noticable,

oh and are you sure your fg reading was 1.000? beer dosen't usually get down that far

Some of my TC gets so low I fear my hydrometer is going to drown.

yer sorry should of really posted that in the other brews section as those readings are from my tc, but i am also brewing some HB lager supreme and was thinking about that. the beer was at 1.006 today when i checked.

the tcs that I made got pretty damn low, some of them were dry as a desert.
