Does anyone have a recipe (or even any thoughts) for Dark Hare by Bath Ales (either extract or all grain)? It's in my top five beers and I'd love to recreate it at home.
Thanks

Re: Dark Hare
Description:
We brew Dark Hare using a blend of dark roasted malts and an old fashioned (and rather famous) English hop called Fuggles. These fine ingredients, together with our brewers’ skill and diligence, have made this an impressive and seriously smooth stout. Made with wheat and barley malt. 4.0% abv.
Seems pretty bog standard as far as malt and hops go. Perhaps it's their yeast that gives it the taste you really like. In that case, it will be hard to emulate unless you use their yeast. Had a pint a while back and remember liking it. Would need to have another though to help with a recipe formulation.
Sorry, not much help!
