Pink grapefruit TC/ country wine

I have been toying with the idea of a hard lemonade/atomic lemon recipe and thought that maybe instead of using JIF to flavour a sugar solution, why not follow dreadskins TC recipe but use pink grapefruit juice instead of apple juice and grapefruits, lemons or limes instead of cooking apples.

Any thoughts?

Yes! I too, have been thinking of making a "hard lemonade" as well as a "soft lemonade". I don't know about adding pink grapefruits to the mix, and had certainly never thought of Jif - let me know how yours goes.
