A hop to give a bitter balance to very fruity hops please?

I have done some single hop brews with citra and nelson sauvin to get an idea of their flavour. I am now after a hop to give some bitterness to balance these very fruity hops as I find they are really just like drinking pineapple juice, a fruit based drink for the lady!
Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Try Target or Admiral, they are great for bittering. All down to personal taste though as I like a bitter, bitter if you know what i mean! ;-) And they can be quite powerful, I usually use 2oz's for 90min boil but balance it with a couple of nice aroma's or a dual and aroma.
But if you want to keep the Sauvin's happy try Pacific Gem, they are monsters though with up to 15%AA. See link below

Can't be arsed to keep changing this bit, so, drinking some beer and wanting to brew many more!
