Hello y'all

I'm working towards using whole apples to make cider with. The better half just asked me how much juice I can get from an apple and I didn't know. So my question is what sort of yeild can I expect from apples? I know its probably a bit hard to say but I need a ruff idea so I can collect the right amount of apples :)

hmmm, how can i found out what unknown varieties are (photos)?

how does titratible malic acid effect the cider, what values should i look for and what alterations would need to be done?
