Sleepy Yeasties.

Hi, I worked out yesterday that my brew fidge was set at 6c, I've now adjusted the stc but the two lager brews look pretty inactive.

Can I leave it at 12c or do I need to do something to wake them up?

I'd leave it for a bit, see what happens when the fermenting beer is back up to the correct temperature. Ideally if you have a refractometer check the gravity each day to see if there is much activity.

No refractometer. I do have a spare hydrometer I could sanitise and leave in the FV, it would save taking samples.

You can do. If there's load of krausen it's hard to read but if the top if fairly free of debris there's no harm leaving it in there.
