The fruits of my labours !

Heres some of the cider from last season. I've got some cider drinking mates coming to visit us the weekend after next and I'm a little worried as to what they'll make of it, or more specifically what it will make of them
I've sampled all three bottles and shall we say , that they are all a tad sharp ?



I hope that they haven't been contaminated by the swallow shit ! Swallow shit ? I can here you say, here's a piccie of the swallows nest that's directly above the bottles.
