Can anyone advise me of the internal dimentions for the Buffalo 40 ltr, I'm waiting for it to arrive but want to have a play with some recipes and the calculator needs the measurments

You actually only need the diameter of the boiler which is 39cm. Put that into the first page of the calculator and it will tell you what depth (in cm) of water you need to put in for the relevant volume.
