I live in Spain and want to gently introduce my Spanish friends to real ale.Would I be best to use lager yeast and beer hops or ale yeast and lager hops.Bear in mind that I will be serving this chilled but not lager cold.Any other tips, recipe ideas are also welcome.

Try beer hops and ale yeast :lol:
