No-chill / hop-stand

In my fourth AG BIAB - Summer Lightning (Wheeler) - I put the 10g post-boil Goldings into the no-chill cube for the 24 hour cool.

I presume this is a hop-stand?

Some of the Aussie guys who no chill notice some increase in IBUs but I would think 10g is not enough to worry about.

I never worry about it - I was wondering whether doing it like this is the same as using a hop-stand procedure whereby brewers leave hops in the cooling wort for several hours to extract flavours and aroma. The smell from the FV is certainly the best I have ever sniffed.
