does anyone have a recipe for brown ale , not too bitter using english hops

I admit that I haven't tried any of the recipes but they are all for English style brown ales.
Hopefully someone who has more brewing experience with brown ales can give you a recipe they've had success with.

5 lbs. Maris Otter pale malt
.5 lb. carastan malt
.5 lb. victory malt
.25 lb. carawheat
.125 lb. chocolate wheat malt
Mash at 153f for 45 minutes
.25 oz. goldings @ 6% plus
.66 oz. progress @ 6% for 45 minutes
pinch irish moss plus
.25 tsp. nutrient for 15 minutes
.25 oz. goldings @ 6% for 10 minutes
1 pack Nottingham yeast
I'm just here for the beer.

I made this which worked well (23l batch):
4kg pale malt
300g amber malt
200g crystal
50g Black Malt
200g Torrified Wheat
OG 1.048
FG 1.011
Bittering hop to 40IBU
15g fuggles + 15g goldings at t-10
Yeast - Fullers or Notty
