Cornelius Kegs & 2nd Fermentation

Post by flip131 » Tue Mar 29, 2016 12:02 pm

What is the best way to keep my beer warm in 2nd fermentation with cornelius kegs? I am using my heat belts at the moment but they don't fit and I have to stuff a kitchen roll in there as well to keep the keg at a constant temperature. I know there are other types of heating systems on the market but I have no experience of any other type of unit. I brew in my shed so there is no constant heating in there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Why are you doing secondary ferment in a cornie?

Why not? After all we don't need to replicate keg beer from the seventies do we!
