right lads i have a coopers ipa kit and want a bash at the extract side of the hobby ,what can i add to this to improve and enter the extract hobby and how to go about it cheers in advance sandy

cheers mate looks like saturday for the brew,got fed up waiting on the tc clearing .so time to get it going again regards sandy

Here's one I'm trying at the moment using a Coopers IPA.

I've got no idea what it will be like though!

(i'd add 1kg of pale spray malt to the tin of extract rather than the 500g dme and 300g dextrose in the instructions#

by removing the sugar does this not reduce the alchol or will the intro duction of the spray malt replace this regards sandy

ps i always thought that it was the sugar that gave it the alchol but then again i was never sober long enough to understand the basics hic hic

ok brew under way 1kg muntons brew enhancer added, also some yeast starter. have some goldings to add later og 1040 fingers crossed :D :D
