Here he is. All f**ked up again after another half day beating rushes with a Brush Cutter. Shoulders are wrecked :(

This is giving me a lift though. Another one stepping up to take on pioneering duty with a 'Chocolate Stout'. And this looks cheaper and simpler than co co nibs?

Good man, Millemg. I'll await reports

........and the result is ..... It's a WINNER !!!!!

Image

2 caps of the mini bottle in 2L of stout, shaken (well, swirled), not stirred, and up through the pump.

It's just so....choccy !! Not over powering, it just adds something special, it doesn't taste "young" anymore, and it's only been bottled for a week or so ... Barman, please .......

=D> F**king Reeeezult!!! I'm onto this one already! I'm in town tomorrow. I'll ask about this stuff in the Organic Shop. If he ain't got it, he can get it.

Shane's just missing out, Look ~ At the bottom.

I found Here, for UK.

So, capful per litre? 20 Litre bucket ..... I'll soon work that out, with a small syringe. Three or four bottles should cover me then? Excellent!

I'd be doing that, obviously. But, I'm accustomed to buying / making my sh!t in larger amounts than many. Just this minute come back from ordering six kits (and another FV) from Shane Image

I'll not be arsed with sitting here, spilling that stuff all over the place all night. I'll sort out the keg measure and get on with it

hate to be pessimistic, but the way millemg is doing it atm might be the best way. hard to say what effect time and fermentation will have on it. probably best to split a normal batch ditch, 10gallons a piece perhaps, or bottle some with it in and see how it goes.
very interesting though, i think i'll pick some up tomorrow as well and chuck it in a pint of something dark.
good work millemg

Hi chaps - Im going to do a Coopers Irish stout with 500g dsm, jar of H&B malt extract & 250gm soft dark sugar this weekend. My local HB shop does something called Top Shelf =P~ Swiss chocolate almond liqueur essence for a couple of quid but it says it requires a cream base - anyone know if this would be ok to use on its own? If not its ordering millemg's stuff asap! Also I was wondering do you add it during fermentation or while bottling?

Thanks in advance - steiney
