PIPKIN PALE MALT 4753 gms

HOPS Boil time 90 minutes

GOLDINGS 61 gms

10 gms goldings last 15 minutes.

I recommend WHITE LABS wlp025 SOUTHWOLD yeast

25 litre batch OG 1035 ABV 3.5% 105 units of colour 24 EBU

PIPKIN PALE MALT 2703 gms
CRYSTAL MALT 411 gms
CHOCOLATE MALT 5 gms
TORRIFIED WHEAT 411 gms
TATE AND LYLE BLACK TREACLE 324 gms This replaces No 3 Invert sugar.

HOPS boil time 90 minutes.

FUGGLES 28 gms
GOLDINGS 28 gms
This beer is dry hopped.

I recommend WHITE LABS WLP 022 Essex ale.

TATE AND LYLE BLACK TREACLE 163 gms.This replaces N03 Invert Sugar.

HOPS Boil time 90 minutes

GOLDINGS 49 gms

Add 10 gms Styrian Goldings last 15 minutes.

Andy,

If you didn't already know - Hogs Back will let you have so,me yeast for a dontion to charity.

I got some recently and it was fresh.

it is now fermenting its 2nd beer.

Yeah that's where I get all my yeast from 8)

Their malt prices are good also as are their hops - in fact I get most of my ingredients from them. Helps living less than 2 miles away :lol:
