Just thought I'd spread the good news, turbo cherry cider :D

Made with
3lt of sour cherry juice from the local iranian shop
1lt of apple juice from the local jewish wholesaler, tescos 8)
1 pack of Gervin wine yeast (no3 strain gv3)

Primed with 30ml of sour cherry juice. Tastes nice already, it'll be a killer once it's spend a week in the airing cupboard.

Never even heard of cherry juice  is it a sweet or dry tasting drink abaxas?
Did you manage to work out what the strength may be?

It's quite dry with the usual tc twang and a hint of cherry.

From the box....(luckily in english)

Sour cherry juice from concentrate, sugar and water.

47 Kcals per 100ml.

There's even a website on the box too ...http://www.takdaneh.com
