Hail the 'turbo cherry'

Just thought I'd spread the good news, turbo cherry cider

Made with
3lt of sour cherry juice from the local iranian shop
1lt of apple juice from the local jewish wholesaler, tescos
1 pack of Gervin wine yeast (no3 strain gv3)

Primed with 30ml of sour cherry juice. Tastes nice already, it'll be a killer once it's spend a week in the airing cupboard.

Never even heard of cherry juice is it a sweet or dry tasting drink abaxas?
Did you manage to work out what the strength may be?

Whats Iranian for "made from concentrate"?

It's quite dry with the usual tc twang and a hint of cherry.
