3lt of sour cherry juice from the local iranian shop
1lt of apple juice from the local jewish wholesaler, tescos

1 pack of Gervin wine yeast (no3 strain gv3)
Primed with 30ml of sour cherry juice. Tastes nice already, it'll be a killer once it's spend a week in the airing cupboard.
