
and armed with Graham's book and in particular the Pendle Witches Brew recipie I decided to pull my finger out and finish off my 10 AG brewery tonight..

and a wee video of the sparge manifold in action (taking a while to upload, will update in a bit) and I'll be swapping out the green garden hose for food grade pvc from B&Q first thing!
