Best brew I have made was an extract brew with magnum for 60 minutes and then 50g of both centennial and Amarillo at 5. Dry hopped with another 50g of centennial.

I use an android app called brewr. Its free and gives good results. On PC, I use brewmate.

I did an Abbey Ale from the Homebrew Handbook but made a couple of wee hop amendments. I can also vouch for Brewmate, it's really easy to use.

My recipe was from brewr which was exported as plain text, copied to my email client then cut and pasted here!
