Best brew I have made was an extract brew with magnum for 60 minutes and then 50g of both centennial and Amarillo at 5. Dry hopped with another 50g of centennial.

Lovely.

If you want I can post the recipe?

Recipe specifics:

Style: American Pale Ale
Batch size: 23.0 l
Boil volume: 10.0 l
OG: 1.050
FG: 1.013
Bitterness (IBU): 43.6
Color (SRM): 7.8
ABV: 4.9%

Grain/Sugars:

2.50 kg Light DME, 78.1%, boil for 5 min
0.50 kg Light DME, 15.6%
0.20 kg Crystal 40L, 6.2%

Hops:

10.00 g Magnum (AA 14.4%, Pellet) 60 min, 18.4 IBU
40.00 g Amarillo (AA 10.9%, Pellet) 5 min, 11.3 IBU
40.00 g Centennial (AA 13.5%, Pellet) 5 min, 13.9 IBU
50.00 g Centennial (AA 13.5%, Pellet) dry hop

Apologies, it was forty grammes of each at 5 minutes.

I have created an all grain version too:

50.00 g Centennial (AA 13.5%, Whole) dry hop

I use an android app called brewr. Its free and gives good results. On PC, I use brewmate.

I did an Abbey Ale from the Homebrew Handbook but made a couple of wee hop amendments. I can also vouch for Brewmate, it's really easy to use.

just had a look at brew mate seems a good bit of software for scaling brews etc.

how do i post recipes like the ones above?,do i have to do it from phone or pc?

My recipe was from brewr which was exported as plain text, copied to my email client then cut and pasted here!

I've never posted anything from the PC so I can assist you there. Sorry

on the brewr app is their a way to change from gallons to litres and pounds to grams
