I got this brew kegged and bottled last night on day 15, after the gravity was constant at 1.012.

Roll on next weekend for the first keg sample!

Seemingly 5 days in the keg is plenty of conditioning time.

Tasting rather good already!

That looks grand, I could use a drop of that right about now

Me too, as it's been a long day!

It had the usual nice familiar flavour, but finishes with a nice dry roasty bite to it.

I have bottled some too, so I should get to see how it conditions over time, because the 14L in my PB won't last too long ;-)

I'm afraid it's long gone at Monkeybrew Tower's, but Stomach from JBK still had a bottle that he drank a couple of weeks ago, and he said it was still tasty.

I'd like to brew the Irish Stout again one day, as Tosco had it for £10 not so long ago.

Cheers
